Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped through USPS within 48 hours of receipt of order.  Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday-Sunday), will be shipped on the following Monday.

Shipping rates and times vary depending the location your package is shipped to and the shipping method chosen during checkout. All orders over $150 can receive FREE shipping when you use the code “TF” at checkout.

Lost/stolen packages: Taylor Fontaine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Please contact USPS directly at 1(800)-ASK-USPS to report a claim.

Refund Policy

Due to Covid-19 and the multiple variants, all sales are final.  To ensure best possible fit, please view the description of the item where the model’s measurements and size are included to make best possible selection before adding item to cart.

Damaged item:  If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of tracking number’s date of delivery of your package.  Contact us at customerservice@taylorfontaine.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged item.  We will then issue a store credit.
